“Thank You for Everything”
You walk into class with a plan for the day,
But somehow you teach us much more on the way.
With patience and humor, you help us all grow,
And see strengths inside us we didn’t yet know.
You answer our questions (again and again),
Explain things twice, maybe even times ten.
You guide us through struggles, mistakes, and success,
And somehow make learning feel like less of a mess.
So here’s a small “thank you” for all that you give,
For helping us learn, and teaching us to live.
We may not say it as often as we should,
But we’re grateful for you—and everything you’ve done good.
